Dillon Ramey
Founder and Managing Partner
Before founding Greenfield Avenue, Dillon worked in private equity at Ares Management, focused on recapitalizations and buyouts of high-quality businesses. He spent much of that time working directly with founders and management teams on executive hiring, financial reporting and KPIs, capital structure, and growth initiatives.
He began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Economics. He lives in Los Angeles.
